I love going to Foxtail and this location is great for me since it's close to our office. The food is good and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is good, but the actual coffee shop is small and there is limited seating. It's tough to get a table or seat during their busy times.

The customer service is non existent. The girls are rude. There is no greeting, no smile, no pleasantry, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They mind as well just replace them with a machine to order so you don’t have to speak to anyone as it was only a transaction and nothing else. She put our order up and there is no sticker, ticket, or anything to decipher if the drink is ours or not and she chose not to speak and say what it was. I saw it sitting there for a while and got up and asked is this mine, she grabbed it opened it and PUT HER BIG NOSE LESS THAN AN INCH FROM MY DEI K TO SMELL IT!!!!! That is the craziest thing I’ve ever experienced, that’s gross, that’s unprofessional, and then she said I put your whole order out already and NOTHING ELSE. She should work in a factory, or like Amazon or something that has no customer interaction. The cashier wasn’t much better with a greeting being non existent. In this economy a basic pleasantly it courteous greetings should be expected when you visit an establishment to purchase their items. This place was awful and the espresso tastes like they don’t care for the machine it’s a burnt aftertaste in ten latte.

I have been to another Foxtails location and always love the coffee and the venue. Being in the Daytona area for a wedding, I was so happy to see there was one close to my hotel. I am a fan of cold brew coffee and Foxtails has one of the best. I do not get anything in my cold brew so it is bold and strong however, Foxtails cold brew is a smoother coffee albeit still strong. I usually have to get a little ice to water it down a tad. We also ordered one of the cookies they had available. They have a variety to choose from that is provided by an third party but Foxtails heats up the cookie for you which makes the cookie taste amazing. The service was good and the place is a great place to hang out. Since this location is directly across from the speedway I can image it would get pretty crazy during race times but it was not busy when we were there.

Sarah was outstanding. I've traveled the world and she's the best batista and kind human being ove encountered. You should feel lucky to have her. The other staff is fantastic as well. The coffee is also fantastic. This location earns every bit of 5 stars and I'll be sure to send friends here.

I come here almost weekly and the girls working are always the sweetest, not to mention they make the best matcha in town. Seriously, I’ve tried them everywhere else and I don’t even want them anymore in comparison to this foxtail location.
